We can deliver up to 1,15 tn Big bags, 25 kg and 10 kg packaging as well as explore any other need. We are flexible!

We Craft Top ingredients with Powerful

Technology and Raw Material

Production -powdered milk : 
  • Raw milk reception – includes a lab for test before entry- milk is refrigerated and stored
  • Standardization – where milk fat content is adjusted (1%, 16%, 26% or 52% )
  • Evaporation – in a vacuum environment to obtain a concentrate with approx. 48% of total solids
  • Spray Drying (Egron Technology®) – drying tower and fluid bed to produce powder milk with approx. 3% of humidity.
  • Filling - Big bags up to 1250Kg or paper bags (with plastic liner) 10 & 25 Kg.

Production -Butter : during standardization of the raw milk, extraction of fat content in a CREAM form processed into butter. 
  • Maturation in refrigerated tanks, beating of the cream and filling into a plastic bag in a cartoon box of 25Kg.​

Laboratory for Quality and Food Safety
World class equipment  to perform sensory, microbiological, physical and chemical analysis to raw materials, semi finished and finished products using reference methods.
